By downloading or using Shotup, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Shotup ("the app"), developed and operated by STILL COLORS LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Shotup on your personal Apple device, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Sublicense or sell access to the app
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription Plans
Shotup offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features. Subscription options, pricing, and included features are displayed in the app and on the App Store product page at the time of purchase.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.
Billing
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current billing period.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing from time to time. If the price of your active subscription increases, Apple will notify you and ask for your consent before the new price takes effect. Continued use after accepting the new price constitutes agreement to the change.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, trademarks, and code within Shotup are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the app.
Content you create using Shotup — such as captured images, video clips, and shot lists — remains yours. We claim no ownership over your content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Shotup is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — Shotup, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where we operate, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will reflect the updated date at the top of this page.
